Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. The apartment centrally located, cosy and affordable. Located in the historic center of Norcia, in the Sibillini National Park. The apartment is part of an old building completely renovated in 1993 according to anti-seismic regulations. It has not suffered any damage from the recent earthquake of 24 August 2016 and following.
