La Casa delle Rondini is an accommodation located in the historic center of Fermo, close to the square, main museums and services. A few minutes' walk and you are in the most important area of the city, full of events. It is located near the bus stop, 7 km from the sea and the station, a short distance from the A14 both to the south (8 km) and to the north (15 km). A few meters away there is a parking lot with a time disc, and just a little further away there is a 24-hour free maxi-parking lot.

My apartment is on the south promenade and on leaving you can access the beach immediately. It's close to restaurants and clubs that can make your stay even more interesting. The apartment is on the ground floor facing the sea with a garden of 90 square meters outside where you can organize your stay outdoors. I have completely renovated the apartment recently and therefore all the furnishings are new. The apartment is suitable for couples and families.
