Apartment holiday rentals in Fermo

Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Right near the beach. Easy street parking nearly always available. Supermarkets close-by. The balcony/outdoor space was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, hotel-grade for sure. Each apartment has every single thing you could need or want to be a home-away-from-home. Bathroom out of a magazine, Large TVs, fast internet, all cooking utensils you could possibly need. Even included some extra "goodies" like fruit, juices and coffees for breakfast throughout the week. Host was extremely responsive, quickly addressing anything you may need. Wish I extended my stay honestly! Would've loved to have spent my whole trip here. Thanks for a wonderful stay Marcello!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to relax completely. The property has no flaws, cared for in every detail from the garden, to the cottages to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are then people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

My daughter and I stayed in Arnaldo's house for 2 days. First of all, I wanted to thank Arnaldo for his availability and flexibility with check-in, really really appreciated. The cleanliness of the house is really great. The space is well equipped to ensure a pleasant stay. What else can I say, Arnaldo is really super helpful and very polite, a very good host, seeing a young guy who cares about his work is nice. We'll be back for sure.

A beautiful country house, between olive trees and vines. With a large plot/garden, in the middle of nowhere (positively!), in nature. Very nice hostess, helped us where she could. Very economical furnishings, but it was pleasant, no unnecessary stuff. A small shop is in the village about 10 minutes by car and has everything you need. Ideal for a trip with a dog. The whole area is fantastic.

Feeling at home. Well-kept environments in every detail, disposable accessories and excellent house cleaning. Our one-year-old baby enjoyed the comfortable cradle provided by Ms Paola at no extra cost. 5 stars to Ms Paola for how she receives her guests.

I had a great time, communication was impeccable at any time of the day. Edoardo followed us in everything, even brought coffee and tea capsules late at night to ensure a good breakfast the next morning. Perfect place, comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything you need. If I had to go back to that area, I would definitely not hesitate to go back there! I highly recommend choosing them for a carefree stay!

Super nice little flat with lovely outside space. A stone throw away from the beach. Just perfect. The place was squeaky clean. Fransceco and Elisa were very welcoming and gave us lots of tips on best places to go to. Highly recommended :)

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

Beautiful apartment with terrace overlooking the sea. A little far from amenities if you don't have a car, but there is a way to walk to a bus or train. Benedetta was a very good host: responds quickly and recommended restaurants nearby.

The apartment is managed by Roberto's father, Mauro, who is very kind and helpful in everything. The apartment is perfect, 5 minutes from the waterfront and close to services. The garden is the perfect corner to relax and enjoy some peace.

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Lovely stay. The location is super evocative and peaceful. A paradise surrounded by greenery and tranquility, where you can do several activities: from lounging in the beautiful pool to the barbecue, from ping pong and foosball to enjoying the tranquility of the place on the lounge chairs reading a good book. We were 5 girls and they didn't miss anything. At the front desk, Alice welcomed us and made us feel at home. Super available for anything, as well as tips about the surroundings of Civitanova. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back to do the experience in the bubble rooms and spa.

We stayed 10 days in Sandro and Alessia's apartment, we stayed 10 days in the new apartment or yet to be renovated. Renovated very well, air conditioning throughout the house, very modern automatic lighting lights. The only thing I think can be missing is a vacuum cleaner given the sand that is a door from the sea, then there is everything dishwasher, electric stove, the washing machine is missing but they told me that they ordered it, so it's only a matter of delivery. The apartment is close to the beach near the supermarket, the only flaw in the area is that many shops are closed and in the evening you have to take the car to go downtown (it is at least 30 minutes walk away)or visit other neighboring areas. Parking in front of the house Not always available, but there is the possibility to put it inside the courtyard and then move it as soon as it is free. Available and very kind owners

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Wonderful stay in a perfect place to stay! My stay at Lorenza's was just amazing! The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Also the location of the property is ideal as it is close to the beach yet is quiet and relaxing. Lorenza was always kind and helpful. Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

We were able to spend a wonderful and relaxing time at the La Chiocciola Resort. The rooms were not only cosy, but also always clean, which made our stay all around pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality of the landlords, who take care of the well-being of their guests in a wonderful way. The furnishings of the living spaces, especially the kitchen, were excellent and left nothing to be desired. We were able to prepare delicious meals and enjoy the time together. Another highlight was the extensive and well-kept garden, which invited you to linger. It was the perfect place to sit back and enjoy nature. A special experience for us was the whirlpool, which offered a welcome relaxation after a long day of exploration. We look back on our stay with joy and fond memories and can fully recommend the La Chiocciola Resort. We will be happy to come back!!!
