Everything was perfect! The experience was beautiful, the house and the surrounding area are even more beautiful live than I expected, inside there was everything you need and even more. But above all, the hosts were impeccable from the first moment to the last. Very quick to respond, proactive, very helpful, very kind and very patient despite our great delay in the time we had requested for check-in. I couldn't recommend it more.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

Accommodation outside the city center, but easily accessible. Great as a base for visiting the city and the surrounding villages. mrs. Renata was very kind and helpful in giving us directions on where to have lunch and what to visit. Recommended for those looking for a pleasant stay in the Conero area.

Lucio's house was perfect for our vacation between the sea and walks in the hills and woods, the outdoor space great for us and especially for our 5 dogs, which Lucio was so nice to host with us. The house is beautiful and well-kept, the garden is an oasis of peace from which to admire the sunset. Lucio was also very kind and diligent in solving small problems due to the rain and cold of the first days. Beautiful vacation

Beautiful apartment,clean and well equipped with everything. Breathtaking views of the valley and silence are priceless ! It's a freshly renovated country house with a kitchen on the dining room with a working fireplace and a TV. There are 4 bedrooms : 2 double bedrooms+ one for study and the other with a double sofa bed and TV. There's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is new, complete with pots, plates , pans glasses, etc., new and good quality. Moreno is a perfect host. It exceeded all the best expectations. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve in this beautiful mountain apartment! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the ski slopes and the Zeta Chalet. The house is large, cozy and always well heated, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Everything was impeccably clean, and the newly renovated interiors give a modern and comfortable touch. We immediately felt at home and appreciated every detail. Experience to repeat: we will definitely be back!

The house is very spacious, equipped with everything you need, very clean and welcoming. The air conditioning system was very appreciated for the hot days we had during our stay. Federica and Milo are two very helpful hosts for all our requests both for the management of the house and for suggestions and information on the country and the region.

Renovated and very clean apartment, in an old panoramic villa with a large garden around, very well-kept. The apartment also has a nice terrace and convenient parking for the car, in a courtyard with an automatic gate. The place is very quiet and peaceful, just outside a small village, great for relaxing and feeling on vacation. The owner was very welcoming and kind, and also gave us useful directions to the surroundings. We had a great time.

Sabina's place is spectacular with ocean views from every room. It's a truly peaceful retreat. We didn't want to leave!

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. We had a great time at the big and beautiful house. Katja and her husband were very helpful and communication went great. There was even an air conditioner installed in the upper bedrooms, which gave us pleasant temperatures during the night. Overall the house is very well equipped and very suitable for a larger family. The old town of Montefiore is very easily accessible. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back.

Great place to stay for a vacation with two families. Sufficient sleeping places, a great kitchen … and of course the pool … were just wonderful. If there were any questions, there was quick and competent feedback and solutions. There were a lot of mosquitoes, but thanks to the screens on some windows, it was halfway controlled. The house could use some minor renovations … but that didn't affect our stay. We had a great time. Thanks

The villa is very spacious and cozy, located in a quiet area. The large living room and numerous rooms (also large) make the accommodation suitable and comfortable for a group. The host was very kind and helpful, clear communications.

What a lovely host and family! We arrived a day later due to car trouble, but due to the flexibility of the host, that was completely fine. We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!

This is our third stay here at this beautiful Villa and each time it gets harder to leave! Lots of fabulous days and evenings spent with Andrea and Enzo over some delicious food and wine together with their family and friends who have become our family and friends too! Andrea is fluent in English and Italian and there are other different dialects and languages to enjoy listening to in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Ripattoni may be small but it is huge jn personality where the villagers welcome you with open arms. Beautiful Villa with stunning scenery and so peaceful too but with restaurants and bars a short distance away you can have the best of both worlds. Can’t wait to come back.
