Vitzdorf is a typical little Fehmeran village near castle. The apartment, which we have occupied, is located in the farmhouse of an old courtyard. The entire courtyard ensemble is wonderfully maintained. Our apartment was very clean and spacious, there was nothing lacking in the equipment, even the beds were made and towels were provided. And it was quiet - it was only occasionally the partying fowls and faucets, which populate the garden and the adjacent fields together with the rabbits and the dam deer... Annelie and Carsten are very nice and accommodating hosts and we enjoyed our stay with you very much. We are more than happy to recommend!

There were four of us with two toddlers in the apartment and although the apartment is small, it is super thoughtfully decorated and there is storage space everywhere so you can put all the suitcases out of the way. The outlets were all secured and there were even a few toys and a high chair. From the apartment you can easily walk to shopping, only the path to the sea is quite far with 2 infants. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would be happy to come back!

We lived with 4 adults and 3 small children (0, 1, 2) in Villa Kunterbunt. The grounds and the house are unique and beautifully located. The adjacent farm cafe is cute and the breakfast buffet offered is highly recommended. The equipment is - as listed - bright but everything essential is available and in an acceptable condition. We were warmly received and will be happy to come back. The double beds are particularly noteworthy. These were extremely comfortable and we are all often used to worse from other apartments. Baby bed and high chairs were already ready. Also a super service!

We had very good contact. 1 hour before arrival, we phoned together as agreed. The check-in took place in person in a nice conversation, tour of the apartment and clarification of all questions. The apartment is furnished as described. The beds are comfortable. Within 5 minutes, you will be at the beach, harbor and restaurants. We had a lot of fun and can only recommend the apartment.

The house is well furnished, I have rarely experienced such a well-equipped kitchen. The living/dining area is very spacious, with 6 people we felt very much at home. Hans-Jürgen is a very helpful host, great and uncomplicated communication. Quiet, great location, everything is perfect!

I spontaneously stayed with my two children in the sweet apartment for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. The proximity to the beach is absolutely great, the apartment was clean and with the Edeka around the corner you can still buy the essentials even when arriving later. The communication was absolutely great, quick and easy. All in all really so we want to come back:)

The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. We especially liked the great location – only a few minutes to the sea, perfect for walks or a day at the beach. Surroundings is also quiet and pleasant. The landlord was very nice, helpful and always got back to us quickly, which made communication very pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

A great cottage with a beautiful conservatory and views over the gardens ( yes: "above"- located on the mountain. Great to reach by e-bike;) ) Wonderfully quiet in a traffic-calmed dead-end street. Super equipped. Our 3 days were far too few because here is a great starting point for many bike rides.

A cozy little cottage. Everything is well maintained. Unfortunately only 1 mirror - this is a challenge with several women... a microwave may also be helpful. Otherwise well equipped. Great sunroom.

Our stay over New Year's Eve in the apartment 'Hasennest' was great! Conny greeted us in a friendly way and showed us everything. In addition, both were always easily accessible, straightforward and accommodating. If you're looking for a place to stay in a beautiful, rural area, this is the place to be. In addition, the property offers a large meadow for the dogs. For a New Year's Eve with a dog, we can recommend the apartment, as it was only briefly slammed at midnight. We recommend it!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is in a great location and in 2 minutes you are on the promenade with endless culinary offers. The sandy beach is also within a few minutes' walk along the promenade. It never gets boring. On very warm days, there is a forest walk in the immediately adjacent forest. There is a climbing park here that not only appeals to young people, but also the older ones, because they can watch the action. The apartment itself is accessible from the underground car park by elevator without stairs. Also otherwise it's just a few steps. It has about 43 m². The main share is attributable to the large living / sleeping room. The kitchen and shower room are a little small but completely sufficient. You can sit on the balcony. We thought it was a pity that the 9 days were so quick and look forward to next time. The contact with Gabi was extremely nice.

We were with our daughter at Thälke and Michael and felt very comfortable. The pony ride was the highlight for our child. The apartment is very clean and perfectly sufficient for 3 people. We will be happy to come back.

Super nice decor and the indoor areas were both aesthetic and comfortable. You felt welcome and there was plenty of space. There were lots of options in the house - games, books and toys. We also experienced a flexibility that made our stay a lot easier. The beach is a stone's throw away. The area you live in also has options, but also not 100% private when you are on the terrace. Thanks for some nice days.

It was a beautiful apartment just like in the photos. When there was a problem with the sauna, we were informed directly and also received compensation. The issue was then resolved directly. We were very pleased with the place and will be happy to come back

A little paradise on the Baltic Sea! We had a wonderful stay – it was just perfect (despite bad Baltic Sea weather)! Upon arrival, a lovingly filled fruit basket and even pasta, olives and tomato sauce awaited us – a wonderful gesture that immediately made us feel at home. The wine cabinet was full and gin was also available. The whirlpool was a real highlight and made the evenings special. The accommodation is furnished with so much attention to detail that you immediately feel welcome and completely comfortable. The view from the front row of the Baltic Sea is unique. We enjoyed the time very much and will definitely come back – this beautiful spot is really unbeatable. Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay in Nysted in the beautiful, newly restored concierge home 2 minutes walk from the town's small harbor. It's a cozy and well-appointed house with a lovely, quiet location and great views. Great living room, nice terrace and all the amenities we needed.

Communication with Christian was super straightforward and helpful. He was always available and proactively gave us tips. The apartment was great overall. Only criticism would be: the TV in the kitchen is great, but for a cozy evening one in the bedroom would have been great. Otherwise very nice and well equipped! The location is okay - neither in the center nor on the beach. But still nice. If you want to have a few quiet days to yourself, this is a good place to stay. We'd love to stay here again!

Nice house close to the beach and within walking distance to the harbour and ice house. The house is cozy, and even on a rainy day you can sit outside on the covered terrace. There were also good walks in the vicinity.

We were with our little daughter for a week at the beautiful farm with the Stobbe family. It was just beautiful and totally familiar. There is so much for the children to discover and play with. Shopping is not a minute away from the farm and super easy to reach on foot. The location is really great. The hosts are incredibly friendly and super helpful. The accommodation is as described, everything you need is available. A large parking space directly in front of the apartment is also available. Even a grill was provided to us. So we are very satisfied and would come again and again!
