Huset byder på en åben entré til køkken og stue, et stort soveværelse med eget bad, to soveværelser med dobbeltsenge og et børneværelse med køjeseng. Aktivitetsrummet har bordfodbold og en sovesofa. Nyd udendørslivet på den overdækkede træterrasse med hot tub, koldtvandsbassin og ekstern sauna. Ideelt beliggende tæt på strande og vilde heste, er dette hus perfekt til en afslappende ferie for både voksne og børn.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

I have been renting out my newly furnished Baltic Sea apartment since June 2025. The apartment is on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m2 balcony, you have a wonderful view of the spa hotels of Travemünde and can see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can let your mind wander and relax.

The apartment consists of kitchen, bathroom and sleeping/living area, is fully equipped and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. No pets allowed! The apartment has a separate entrance. Enjoy a place right on the beach and "in the heart of Timmendorf" in our apartment and jump right into the water after an extensive breakfast, cycle along the coast or stroll through our town.
