Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Morning coffee can be enjoyed both inside and outside with the same feeling of closeness to nature. Large windows overlooking the Spindsfjord and the height under the roof makes nature come close. A shared jetty with its own berth can be found approx. 2 min walk down to the sea. There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, it is right out in a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

The traditional Longhouse has found new form and function in an impressive modern architecture which makes this place a unique retreat for birdwatchers, surfers, kiters and nature loving families, and groups.

Welcome to us! New funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and beautiful views of the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels (1 big+1 small) and bedsheets are included in the price, and beds are made on arrival. 2 parking space. There is a large terrace facing west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.

Birkenes

Great and idyllic, architect-designed boathouse completed in 2018. New furniture, beds, and equipment. Exciting loft for kids and unique master bedroom with a view to both the sea and boat rooms. With mattresses on the floor of the loft, there is room for 10 people in total in the bullpen. New and safe boat, Øien 620F can be rented for 800kr a day.

Fantastic fjord and mountains views

A good place to just relax completely and enjoy the view of the beautiful fjord. Large windows facing the view make the feeling of sitting outside when you enjoy a good cup of coffee in the good chair. A short walk (200m) down to the harbor with a private boat berth and its own boathouse for storing equipment and freezing fish.
