Forget your worries at this spacious and peaceful place. Basement apartment of approx. 90 m2 with nice view. 1 bedroom with a good 180cmx200cm double bed. Large living room with sofa bed, spacious kitchen and bathroom with the necessary equipment. Bathroom with sauna!! Nice outdoor space with 2 seating area and sun until late evening! Note: We live above the apartment, so there may be sounds of creaking floors. We also have a little boy who loves to run around. You can hear some small footsteps from time to time

We rent out our funkish house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has high standards. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom attached to this bedroom. Outside, a large terrace with a lot of living space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Are you looking for a quite and charming place to spend Your holiday, you`ve just found it:-) Please notice that the cabins's position on map doesn't match the correct location of the cabin. Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
