Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Farsund

We booked a house in Stein's for our wind turbine technicians. We spent three months there, Stein proved to be a wonderful host. Communication with him was always very fast and friendly. The house is as described and had everything our guys needed during their stay. They had a chance to relax and enjoy their time after work. I highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and well-kept house. The location is perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature — peaceful, quiet, and far from the noise of the city. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt very homey and welcoming. We didn’t find a corkscrew, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would happily come back!

We had a perfect stay. The house was so wonderful and the nature surrounding it .. amazing! Find yourself, get lost in the quiet and lonely mountains … we didn’t want to leave.

Incredibly cozy reception, we were met by a nice landlord who showed us around. Very charming house both inside and outside. Fantastic view - calm Saturday, so we sat outside on the stairs and watched the sunset. Here we would like to come back.

A large apartment, clean and comfortable. The downside was that the cooking area and water were in a different room. But with all the other positive points, this was not insurmountable.

Spacious, well equipped home in a quiet suburb of Flekkefjord. Easy private parking. the property was as clean as any normal house, with kitchen and bathroom spotless. Properly equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook full meals for a week. The covered balcony/deck area was delightful to eat outside. Alf was really responsive to questions, whilst never intruding. He left details of local shopping and things to do. This made an excellent base for a week exploring the area by motorcycle.

Amazing stay. It is so peaceful in amazing surroundings with lots of possibilities as the hosts are very generous with their equipments in addition to being so friendly and welcoming. Highly appreciated and recommend!

We stayed at Liv's place for one night and everything was very fine (except the weather ;)).

We had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful with large and good rooms. The spacious outdoor area with trampoline and pool was perfect for our family. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated the comfortable furniture both indoors and out. Otherwise, it was wonderful host, very accommodating and always available to any questions. Check in and check out went very smoothly. We would definitely recommend this place to others 😊

We took several families to a wedding in Eigersund. It was perfect that we could all stay together and the location in relation to the church and the place where the party was to be held was absolutely brilliant. It is an old house, but it is also described in the review, so not a surprise, and it is very cozy. It was super nice with, for example, dishwashing powder, shampoo and various hair dryers, curling irons, etc. It was nice that we didn't have to bring it ourselves. The communication has been absolutely top-notch, and the response/help was lightning fast. I can only recommend this house and the hosts.

We rented this villa for the weekend to gather the family a bit and just have a cozy weekend together! The villa was big and nice and had everything one would need! the host was always available and responded to everything one was wondering about Recommended!! Thanks a lot for us! ☺️

Diderich was very easy to contact. This is a great house if you want communal space. Large sofas and 3 separate spaces in a large open plan lounge and dining area to chill out, chat, read or watch some TV on the huge screen. The view is just beautiful. Nice upstairs balcony and all of the rooms have a view of the sea. Very peaceful and easy to walk to nearby villages, beaches and a great hut at the top of the hill for evening fire pit and marshmallows! There are so many small bays and beaches and a large area to hike and pick wild blueberries. It is special. The kitchen is fantastic. Everything you could need. Great induction job and oven. Loads of utensils. Amazing coffee machine. Only 10 mins drive into Farsund for supermarkets. About 2 hours drive from Kristiansand.

It is a nice house in a wonderful surrounding. we had lots of fun in the waterfall, the river and the fjord. The conversations with Olav were always on point and fast answered. I recommend it warmly.

We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely villa. The beds are very comfortable to sleep in, and the house has a good atmosphere. The bathrooms are large and well equipped and the kitchen is very spacious and a natural gathering point. A social house with space for several! I found the host to be exceptionally nice and helpful and would love to come back!

Unni and Bjarne are great hosts. We received a warm welcome and good information about practical things and about the area. Also rented a boat, where both boat and engine were a top standard. The cabin was great and is very well equipped in the cabin. Perfect location lie by one cozy water and only a 5 minute stroll to the sea. on the water there is access to rowboat and fresh water fishing, and the sea provides perfect fishing opportunities one stone's throw from the jetty. We had fishing luck when the fish was bitey, and got good with both cod, poll and mackerel. Many cozy excursion opportunities, such as Lyngdal and Mandal City City, Sørlandsbadet, Lindesnes Lighthouse etc. We had 5 amazing days and will be happy to come back

The house even exceeded our expectations. We felt at home from the first minute we arrived. The hosts were always available and have instructed us superbly. We were even able to rent a boat because we also wanted to fish. They also gave us tips for places of interest nearby. How can you highly recommend it, and definitely plan to go there again. Thank you
