Beautiful and furnished new studio,with double bed and sofa bed. Functional cooking area,bathroom with washing machine and large terrace for outdoor dining. Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Lovely villa, 500m to beach, view, newly renovated

Our house is in a unique location for all of Tenerife. As this is the only place with an excellent view to the sea and nice hotels, located within 500m from the beautiful beach and directly in front of the shops center. The area of El Duque is considered the most luxurious on the whole island. Around our residens are located only 5*hotels with SPA centers, which you can visit for 10-20 €. Restaurants, shops, entertainment centers, an endless promenade. Central location, but quiet for a familys.

The flat is on the second floor. It is very well furnished with air conditioners and a safe box. It has two bedrooms with king-size beds, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a terrace. Internet connection and Smart TV are provided free of charge. The complex has several swimming pools.
