This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Lovely villa, 500m to beach, view, newly renovated

Our house is in a unique location for all of Tenerife. As this is the only place with an excellent view to the sea and nice hotels, located within 500m from the beautiful beach and directly in front of the shops center. The area of El Duque is considered the most luxurious on the whole island. Around our residens are located only 5*hotels with SPA centers, which you can visit for 10-20 €. Restaurants, shops, entertainment centers, an endless promenade. Central location, but quiet for a familys.

The accommodation in the residential complex of Aloha Garden in Costa Adeje is a place of peace located in a touristic area of Torviscas alto. The functionally furnished apartment with its private South facing terrace can accommodate up to a max of 3 people. There is an option of dining outside. A shared community swiming pool. Wonderful panoramic views to the ocean and La Gomera. Around 20 min to the beach. Restaurants, gym nearby. The bus stop by complex gates. Several minutes to CC X Sur.

By car, you are just 10 minutes from El Duque beach and 5 minutes from the spectacular "Barranco del infierno" (Hell's Ravine) trail.
