It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. It is also part of the Adeje Park Residential complex where there are 3 swimming pools, one of them heated, and a children's playground. The famous Playa del Duque is an 800-meter walk away. It is also very close to the cove of Adeje, a fishing village famous for its numerous restaurants

The modern apartment in Mare Verde residence is located in the center of the popular Costa Adeje area, next to the beaches Torviscas and Playa Fanabe, restaurants, stores, pharmacies. The flat is on the second floor. It is very well furnished with air conditioners and a safe box. It has two bedrooms with king-size beds, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a terrace. Internet connection and Smart TV are provided free of charge. The complex has several swimming pools.
