Please note that there are steps into the cottage and we have a traditional Devon staircase so property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues .

Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.
