Within easy reach of beaches and Dartmoor and 1 mile from main-line train station. Well-stocked farm shop across the road. The studio is in our garden - here to help and also respect your privacy

Our house is perfectly situated for visiting all that Exeter has to offer. It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, a short walk from the centre with shops, eateries and historic features. Use the Miller's Crossing footbridge opposite, and stroll along the river to the old Quay. There is a rear garden and - a real bonus - a designated parking space in a private car park behind the house. Please note: we have not raised our price; it now includes Airbnb fees.

An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. An oasis of calm in Heavitree close to shops, bus routes and with the city just 10 minutes by bus or a walk of about 25 minutes if you are feeling energetic. This little house offers space and comfort for a great break, close to city, sea and country. It is about an 8 min drive from J29 on the M5 and 15 min drive from St David's railway station or the university. There is private off-road parking, and frequent buses run into central Exeter, the railway station and the airport from nearby.

There is unfortunately no private parking but Bystock car park two mins away is free overnight .
