Felt like at home. Overall a nice stay

After I made my reservation I immediately communicated with the hosts. However there was no response. I was a little concerned as I was soon departing for the Netherlands and I have not heard from them. I called the contact number provided on the listing & spoke to Willem. Upon arrival at the property, I had a friendly welcome by Willem, the host. He was kind enough to allow an early check-in due to my early arrival in Amsterdam. The acomodation was spacious, clean and homey. It provided all the necessities needed. The place is in a farmland surrounded with nature. Situated adjacent to the water, swimming ducks, & swans were a familiar sight. Across the distance, were cows, sheep, horses. Beautiful surroundings, it was quiet & secure. It provided me comfort for one month of my stay. There was free parking outside for my rental car. Willem & Anja were kind and friendly. They made sure my stay was pleasant. I would highly recommend this place & would consider staying here again.

This was a beautiful place. It was much better than I imagined. It is the first Ike staying at a boat house and I don’t think we could have got a better experience. Both Rob and Karin were very responsive and took care of our needs immediately. The bedroom above is very spacious. Only thing to note is that the bathroom is only downstairs. It worked out fine for us. I highly recommend this place for a stay for max 3 people.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Everything is clean and tidy. The communication was very good. Always quick responses and super friendly. I'd love to come back :)

It was mega beautiful

We were very satisfied with the stay. The view is breathtaking and within walking distance of the sea as well as the pier is just 5 minutes away. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Everything is as described. Check-in and check-out were super easy and also straightforward and flexible due to the lockbox. The only thing missing in the apartment was a TV for cozy evenings. So, if you're planning on taking a look, you might want to take an iPad with you. The TV is super small and we personally didn't get it to work either. But it can also be up to us. So if you want to look at something, think of opportunities for it. The parking space can be booked for a small price per night, we did this and were very satisfied to have a parking space directly at the apartment. The communication with Marcel was also impeccable. He responded to us directly and was super friendly.☺️ We're coming

This beautiful boat is recommended to stay! With 6 friends enjoyed the beautiful boat and the great Rotterdam. The boat is spacious and cozily furnished, small downside is the sofa, it is not very comfortable. We were hospitably received. Very nice communication with Casper and Ronald. Friendly, and quick response.

We stayed a week in this beautiful house by the lake. Nature is unique the view of the lake and the seabirds spectacular. You have absolute peace and, if you want, you can also go out a bit by rowing boat. Gouda, Rotterdam and The Hague are super quick to reach if it rains or you want to see something different. We felt very comfortable in the house. There are probably some flight bugs due to the lake location, but at least at this time of the year there were no stinging specimens. We would come back back.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home and were completely satisfied. The house was very well equipped and provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was also fully equipped, so we could cook easily. The location of the house was quiet and perfect for relaxation. The garden was well maintained and ideal for enjoying nature. We particularly liked the terrace, where we could have breakfast in the sun in the morning. The host was very friendly and helpful. He was always available for questions and made us feel comfortable. Overall, we can only recommend this vacation home and would love to come back any time

This house was a gem of a find! We loved staying right on the water (and despite the cold, our son loved swimming), having access to the boat (which we took to dinner one night!), and just the peace and relaxation of watching the water and boats go by. You feel like you’re in the middle of no where, and yet we were a very short drive to all that we wanted to do - Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans, Amsterdam, and even the coast! We walked to get coffee in the mornings and enjoyed the walk and the town. We also love that it’s dog friendly! We changed our minds last minute and didn’t take our dog along, but we were wishing we had. He would’ve loved the canal and boat!

A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

Excellent property that was accurately described. My family loved the peaceful atmosphere. The market, bakery, and excellent restaurants were easy walking distance. Wendy Jane was very responsive to all my questions. Only thing of note is ensuring you have transportation figured out. Relying on Uber can get expensive vs renting a car.

Our stay at Nicolette’s holiday cottage exceeded our expectations! Nicolette and Remco welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home. We really appreciated how accessible and approachable they were, and their recommendations were very helpful! The cottage was quiet and cozy, and had everything we needed. Being along the bike trail and the river gave us so many opportunities for fun adventures! We look forward to coming back!

The apartment was super clean and superbly equipped! Maarten is very friendly and a great host! We particularly liked the view.

We visit Vinkeveen with 4 girls and had a really nice time :) The apartment is pretty and clean and especially the balcony was great. I guess it's a perfect choice if you want to visit amsterdam but also want to have some relaxed time and enjoy the country side or the lake, wich is directly next to the airbnb. We would come back, thanks for the stay!

Rianne is a good host, friendly and helpful. The apartment is nicely located overlooking the dike and harbor and a nice roof terrace. Furnishings are fine for a nice stay, Wemeldinge has a few good restaurants near the apartment and there is a supermarket. I'd love to come back.

We are incredibly grateful to have found this great place to stay! The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail - the fresh tulips and Easter bells made us feel right at home. The hot tub is of course an absolute highlight! And Remy was the perfect host: he gave us directly helpful tips for the area - which places are worthwhile, where to find the perfect beach, which restaurants have the best food, ... and where to park for free to drive to Amsterdam. The location is nice and quiet but ideal to make great excursions all day. We'll be back for sure and have already recommended the place directly to friends. High praise and thanks Remy! :)

We had a wonderful time at Yvonne's place! Everything was super nicely decorated, very clean and really nothing was missing. Yvonne himself is incredibly friendly and warm, we felt immediately welcome. The parking space right by the house was also very convenient. Overall a perfect place to stay – we highly recommend it and would come back any time!

Everything was just as expected! Really a nice place to visit and worth returning to.

We had a nice stay in a nice location and a beautiful spacious apartment . Only the heating started slow, was a bit of a search. Kind regards, Kurt

John’s Airbnb was perfect for our little getaway with our daughter (2 yo). John provided a high chair and crib for her and she had her own little room which she slept very well in. The Airbnb was quiet especially considering its location! The US WiFi is a little weak especially in the bedrooms but the other options is solid. The stairs up to the unit are very steep. We left the stroller by the front door and relied on the elevator (warning it’s small and slow). But overall, it was a really great place and we had an excellent time.
