Waterfront holiday rentals in Government of Rotterdam

The apartment was just as described, very stylish and within easy reach of the train station. Lots of the attractions are within walking distance and there is a tram stop and metro station very close by. The host was very helpful and we would highly recommend staying here on a trip to Rotterdam.

Warm and welcoming apartment with beautiful river views of the Erasmusbrug bridge. I spent a couple of weeks here working from home and really enjoyed my time. Thanks Jantine for being a great and accommodating host! Hope to stay again for future trips to Rotterdam 🙂

The apartment is wonderfully located and you have a great view. It is very large and easily usable for four people. We felt very comfortable in Caspar's apartment.

Convenient location, nice view, fully equipped, and the owner is also very nice, so give us a detailed introduction to the facilities in the homestay!

The apartment feels like home and it is in the quiet area. There are so many toys for kids which is very good for my son to play here. I really recommend this to everyone.

The place was super large and very nice. It's actually even bigger than you'd think from the pictures. The host was both very accommodating and super friendly. Check-in was straightforward. The location can be reached very quickly by tram and metro. I would always be happy to book again!

Everything was perfect

Sophie’s place was absolutely beautiful, it was perfect for our stay in Berkel. Sophie and her family were so nice, helpful and welcoming. It was very clean and in a great location and just perfect all around! We want to come back already!

Friso’s place is situated in beautiful surroundings and it has a great garden. Upstairs is great, spacious bed- and bathrooms. Downstairs is a bit smaller than expected but nice. We did miss a dryer since we wash a lot as we travel for sports. Friso is a easy to communicate with person. Would surely come back.

The stay at Lisette's home was the highlight of our trip to the Netherlands. She and her husband Alexander were extremely friendly and receptive, and we couldn't thank them enough for all the niceties provided for our stay and the delicious daily breakfast they have prepared for us. The place is just as described, cosy, clean, and comfortable. Amsterdam and many other attractions are just under an hour's drive away. Overall, highly recommended!

Location is extremely convenient. 7 mins by tram no 8 from Rotterdam Central n less than 5 mins walk from tram to apartment. Alternatively, it takes 15-20 mins by foot on leisure walk pace from Rotterdam Central to apartment. Supermarket is within 5 mins from Apartment and 15 mins to a street full of restaurants. Apartment is spacious for us with 5 Adults. we have problem with the heater when checked in on day 1, thanks to Urbian for his responsive reply and guided us through patiently and checked with us again to ensure all good with heater issue. I have accidentally left my item in the apartment after check out and Urbian was nice to help me delivered it to my friend staying in Rotterdam too.

Such a lovely home. Perfect location in 750 year old Schiedam. It was a simple walk to the tram, through quaint shops and restaurants, then an easy short walk to the train station to make day trips to all the great cities of the Netherlands. Walking the peaceful canal in front of the home was so tranquil. Thank you Esther for a perfect stay and for being such a great and tentative host.

Absolutely the most organized hosts we have ever encountered! Before we even arrived, Kim and Michiel were helpful and communicative and remained so during and after our stay. They arranged someone to greet us at the residence. The apartment has everything you could ever want. We loved the work office, exercise room and balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They provide a thorough house manual and a things to do sheet that we referenced many times. Sandra was also wonderful. Everything about the home runs smoothly. The location could not be better! We enjoyed seeing the swans hatch and all of the local interests are within walking distance. Our stay was a month long. We would love to return someday. Thank you for the most wonderful experience we could imagine.

Great place to stay in Rotterdam. Close to the center city. Easily walkable or tram, metro and bus stops within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is very nice. Well taken care of by the owner who was kind enough to leave us a very nice bottle of cava and a snack to start our trip. Great places for brunch and coffee nearby. Rotterdam is an excellent city to visit and Lauren’s place is the place to stay. Close to the museums and fine dining restaurants as well. We look forward to returning in the future to both the city and Lauren’s apartment.

Nice and cozy apartment and Ronald is really friendly. Especially the big terrace is a highlight!

Nice apartment close to Delfshaven, well decorated with taste and easy access by transport (tram and metro). Nice walk by the nearby canal and accessibility to the city center. A fabulous stay. The view from the AirBNB is breathtaking and the cleanliness was spot on! We were warmly welcomed by Rebecca and Sietze. They are remarkable hosts, very kind and attentive to our every need. In particular, Rebecca was able to recommend many places to visit during our stay in Rotterdam, and we couldn't agree more. The couple even pointed out points of interest for the rest of our trip in Delft and The Hague. A real gem!

We are about to relocate to the Netherlands, so we went to Rotterdam for a few days to see if we would like it here. Brigitte’s apartment is located in a safe neighborhood and very close to the tram. The apartment was nice and cozy and Brigitte had comprehensive guides on restaurants prepared. It was the perfect spot to get a feeling for the city. Couldn’t recommend the apartment more.
