The property is located opposite Kaiserswerth and 6.2 km from Meerbusch. Downtown to Düsseldorf is 19 km (24min), to Düsseldorf Airport 16Km (17min), to Messe Düsseldorf 15 km (20min). Ruhig located just off Rheindamm, the house surrounds a 10,000 sqm garden. The house itself, built in 1958, is two-story with about 370 square meters of living space. There are two spacious living rooms . The furnishing is modern classic. The house is suitable for families and trade fair visitors (companies).

Very nice room on the 2nd floor, in addition to a kettle, tea and coffee, there is also a small fridge. The bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It may need to be shared with an Airbnb guest. In the garden there is an area with a deck chair that can be used. The city center of Mettmann is only 5 minutes' walk away, the regional train S28 to Düsseldorf or Wuppertal is 3 minutes' walk away, buses to Hilden, Erkrath, Haan. The journey to Düsseldorf main train station takes only 20 minutes.

(Only for women) Villa in Meerbusch. Right outside Düsseldorf: We rent 2 rooms in our basement. You have your own bedroom and bathroom, but we share the kitchen upstairs on the ground floor. You have a very large but simple room. It only has basic equipment, but it's cheap and you have the whole basement just for yourselves. You are in the center of Düsseldorf by train in 20 minutes from Meerbusch. I am happy to lend you a bike for a fee of €10/day.

You will stay in a 32 m² room with a private bathroom (shower & bathtub), a kitchenette and a private balcony in a great villa from the 1930s. Brand new is the sauna hut including a small pool & outdoor shower in the large garden. The house has direct access to the forest and a former pool house, which is used as a small workshop / creative space. The former pool will soon be awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber.
