Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.

The bright and friendly apartment is quietly located in the beautiful Rüttenscheider Mädchenviertel. The Messe Essen and the Folkwang Museum are within 5 minutes' walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, the "Rü" beckons with its diverse range of restaurants, bars and clubs – there is something for everyone. Despite the late evening hustle and bustle on the weekend on the "Rü", the studio is very quiet and you can hardly believe that you are in the middle of the action.

Small attic apartment, great for staying overnight. Simple basic equipment is available. Fresh towels, soap, and fresh bed linens are provided. No dishwasher No washing machine No Wi-Fi. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is A room, even if airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room has "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...
