It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.

Cozy apartment for 2 guests in Essen Süd

Bright, 33 sqm apartment, consisting of a combined living room/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Fully equipped and with lots of extras. For example, walk-in shower, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. In the living-sleeping area, there is a 200 × 140 bed for 2 people. The apartment is centrally located in Essen and is also very easy to reach by public transport. It is also located directly at the A52 highway entrance and is only 20 minutes from Düsseldorf Airport.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

Vacation feeling on the green edge of the Ruhr area

The 60 m² holiday apartment is centrally located but still in a green area in popular Heisingen. Thanks to a separate entrance and check-in, you can organise your stay independently and enjoy the personal atmosphere of our home instead of a hotel room. The newly renovated centrally located apartment in Essen Katernberg with free Wi-Fi is a 5-minute walk from the Zollverein World Heritage Site (9 km from Grugahalle). It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and cozy sitting area. In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.
