Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

A l'étage , vous trouverez un espace salon, 2 chambres de plus de 10m² chacune dont une avec un point d'eau, un WC. Une suite parentale. le logement dispose d'un stationnement gratuit à proximité. Il n'y a pas d'exterieur.

180 m² single-storey house to enjoy your reunion with family or friends, with a large enclosed garden of 800 m² with terrace, sunbathing, dining area, etc. Nearby you will discover the oyster and mussel port, the seaside walking trail, not to mention the surroundings with the islands (Ré, Aix, Olerons) the Poitevin marsh,... For the July and August season, bookings will be made on a weekly basis as well as for the school holidays.

Located in Bourneau (south Vendée) near the forest of Mervent / Vouvant, only 10 minutes from the motorway. The wooden cabin sleeps up to 4 people; there are 2 double beds one of which is a bunk bed. It is situated in over 8 acres of fields with 3 fishing lakes where the donkeys and sheep roam free. The panoramic roof terrace will allow you to enjoy the idyllic setting. English really spoken. Two other cabins also available.
