Typical, simple and independent Charente house It is located in the old village of a seaside village, 10km from La Rochelle, 10km from Ile de Ré and at the gates of the Marais Poitevin. Quiet, set back from mass tourism but close to everything. There is no real beach at this place ( Baie de l 'Aiguillon), the coast is wild, classified as a Nature Reserve, the migratory birds pose there and the lights are beautiful.
