This new accommodation is located in the heart of a fishing village, 10 minutes from La Rochelle and 15 minutes from the Île de Ré bridge. The "Côté Terre" house consists of a living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. We offer you a stay in a recent studio (2022) fully equipped 34 m² for 2 or even 4, in Esnandes (coastal village 10 km from La Rochelle and 14 km from the Île de Ré Bridge). Quiet, in the countryside and 3 km from the Atlantic Coast (Aiguillon Bay) in a village with all shops. Access via a common driveway but completely independent of our house. Parking next to the accommodation on the property and small garden for meals and rest.
