Kathi was an amazing host. I was out there for a birthday get away and she baked me some cookies. : ) Kathi is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The place is clean, charming, and relaxing. The garden is beautiful and has a rejuvenating Zen vibe. Definitely will recommend!!

Elissa was very responsive, when we had run out of dish soap and some basic amenities we were able to receive it in a timely manner even though it was last second request. The airbnb was very clean and was accurate as listed.

Our stay at Wade’s place was perfect! Wade is an excellent, responsive host who thought of everything when setting up his place. The apartment was extremely clean, functional and well equipped and the backyard was so welcoming and peaceful. The home is also in a nice neighborhood with lots of great restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Josh’s penthouse exceeded all expectations! The décor was a stylish blend of eclectic and unique touches that gave the space incredible character. And the sunsets? Absolutely breathtaking from the balcony—every evening felt like a postcard moment. Josh himself was an outstanding host—warm, responsive, and always available for any questions or tips throughout our stay. We were lucky enough to catch the vibrant Artwalk Market during our week there, complete with music and street charm, all just a window away! San Diego’s weekend Farmer’s Market—just a short walk from the penthouse—is a must. Fresh produce, local vendors, and lively energy you won’t want to miss. No car? No problem. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located downstairs for any quick essentials. Plus, being nestled in the heart of Little Italy means delicious bites and late-night cravings are just steps away.

The place was extremely clean, and well put together! They provided snacks for us, as well as games! The Place was spacious and just right for the amount of guests we had!! The owners were very understanding as well and the location was near everything we wanted to do during our stay!:)

Anyone who stays at Kim’s home will quickly notice how much she loves this place and how much care she puts into creating such a cozy space for her guests. According to my friend who stayed with me, this house felt like “Home Depot — if you need something, just look around and you’ll probably find it here, if not, Kim will find it for you”

Decided to take a small winter getaway in San Diego and this place was absolutely perfect for it. It was in a wonderful walkable and quiet neighborhood with lots to do around. Lovely and comfortable space with everything that you need. It was exactly what we needed! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home! The location was perfect! Peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. The panoramic view of San Diego was absolutely stunning and made every moment feel extra special. The house itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family to relax. We especially appreciated the fresh veggies during our stay, such a thoughtful touch! Our dog loved the secure backyard, which made the whole experience even better. Michael was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a scenic, relaxing getaway in San Diego!

We had a great stay at the cottage! Super close walk or drive to so much in north park and South Park, couldn’t have asked for a better location! Brent was a very proactive and friendly host. Would definitely recommend!

Very beautiful house with many locations nearby to go hang out, the home itself was very cozy we would love to stay again

Our family had the best stay at Bruce’s place. It’s a beautifully maintained property and so relaxing yet many activities to do! The kids loved the pool and ping pong tables, the fire pit for s’mores, pool, but especially the “outdoor living room” with a tv to watch movies or listen to music. We can’t wait to return! It’s a great property that is perfect for large groups- from families, bachelors or bachelorette parties, girls get away, etc.

Truly thank Miguel for taking care of my stay and making it a memorable one. Celebrated my birthday! Place was pristine and had everything you need from lots of space, big backyard, and comfortable furniture/cozy bedrooms. Thank you for everything!!

Nicholas was an excellent and gracious host - the house was very easy to check into with a welcome/informational book. Clean, comfortable, and spacious home with beautiful grounds. I booked the home for family that was visiting from overseas, and they were all very pleased with the place! It was a great place to rest in between all the activities Southern California has to offer. My mom did have trouble finding one of the bedrooms when she got there in the evening, and Peter, the co-host, was very responsive and helped her out haha

Sonia was an amazing host !! We had a great stay! The view was beautiful and made for a relaxing atmosphere. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub—perfect for unwinding. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking easy. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommend!

Truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the linens were fresh and cozy, there was a surplus of pillows, towels, cozy blankets, toilet paper, paper towels literally anything you could need. The kitchen has EVERY SINGLE appliance you need for any situation. The garage comes with an opener which is so incredibly convenient. The patio furniture was so clean crips and comfortable. The grill is easy to use and so accessible. And the best thing about this home was/is the hosts, the most kind and friendly people, the responded within the hour Everytime, there was a response that was thoughtful and always had a solution. Seriously counting the days till we can come back! It is a beautiful family stay, fun little party pad or just a couples relaxation vacation. Best rental in SD

Overall it was a great stay. The unit was nice and clean, the bed was fairly soft, but comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very nice (give the hot water some time to get there -- it's a bit slow but works fine). I liked the location a lot, as it was just a block or two outside of the really noisy Gaslamp area, but still felt fairly safe and clean on the street. The unit feels very secure behind two security doors. It was fairly quiet at night and easy to sleep. And George was always responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

Absolutely beautiful, quiet little neighborhood not far from town. Lots of stuff to do, very friendly host. No complaints. Loved our stay there!

Our stay was great!! Having a nice private backyard sitting area was so nice to enjoy. Anything we could have forgotten or needed was there. Very cute place!
