Kathi was an amazing host. I was out there for a birthday get away and she baked me some cookies. : ) Kathi is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The place is clean, charming, and relaxing. The garden is beautiful and has a rejuvenating Zen vibe. Definitely will recommend!!

Josh was an exceptional host that was flexible with my check-in and offering local recommendations/guidance to make my trip memorable . He was quick to respond when i had questions during my stay. The apt exceeded our expectations and the bldg amenities were great bonus. My wife and I are already working to plan to book again real soon….highly recommended this amazing rental!

Kim’s place was awesome So many amenities for what you pay for . She also had all the extras you might need . Place was clean Kim was very precise about her instructions and clear on communication . I reached out several times and she got back to me immediately. The fireworks outside the window each night from Sea World was awesome . Felt like home . Close to the bus stop and easy to get to and from Kim thought of everything . Leave your troubles behind and stay at Kim’s place . We will definitely be back

I stayed at Gary's house for four nights. I really enjoyed my stay there; the place was very comfortable, quiet and nice. It was very clean. I really recommend it if you are looking for an affordable place. Also, Gary was a nice host!

Sonia and Hugh are great. Everything kept breaking, obviously not used in a while. Toilet broke, dishwasher, toilet cleaner, etc.

Everything was exactly as pictured! The home was very clean and cute. The hosts were great with communication. Highly recommend!

Wow this place is amazing! As soon was we walked in, from the decor to the ambiance. You go from Spring Valley to being transported to a place of paradise. There is no place like this, I’m telling you guys. If you think the front yard is beautiful, wait till you go to the backyard. We felt so at home and the vibes are just incredible. Did I mention it was dog friendly?! We bring our dog everywhere and this was perfect. Salvacion is a super host for a reason. She’s responsive, very easy to communicate with, and her home is beautiful. I have family in the area, we’ll definitely be coming back and staying here. So glad we found this place!

Patti was so nice and had endless things to do outside in a private fenced in space for our young family. She has two sweet dogs and everything you can think of as far as appliances. She had water upon arrival and she was kind enough to even wash our clothes. I would definitely stay here again! It was within drivable distance to so many fun San Diego things!

Great place to stay in San Diego! Walkable to many good food spots! Close to downtown and the beach as well. Very clean and simple. Neighborhood is friendly as well.

This stay was perfect! The place was beautiful, Nina was so communicative, and all the instructions were clear and helpful. We used the car turner and it sounds a little intimidating but it’s very simple and so convenient! I really can’t say enough good things about the place and hosts, I highly recommend staying here!

Very beautiful house with many locations nearby to go hang out, the home itself was very cozy we would love to stay again

We loved our stay, Bruce was so friendly and very accommodating. We had quite a large group stay there, 2 of my kiddos included- Bruce had a little bucket of toys to play with for them which was such a nice surprise. The house was clean and everything in working order. While we were there, most of our time was spent outside in the beautiful backyard where there was such a great vibe! We’d for sure stay here again next time we’re in San Diego!

Extremely difficult to beat this location if you and a group have plans in the Gaslamp area! While the unit is near many bars and restaurants, the place still provided relief from the all bustling out on the nearby streets. Ryan was easy to work with and communicated well for any of our requests and questions during our stay. Definitely would look up this place again for a group outing.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

Probably one of the best places we’ve stayed. Half the time spent sitting at the window watching people and enjoying the breeze. Honestly a perfect couple getaway has everything you need, very easy to find, with train station a few blocks away which took us everywhere we needed to go. Perfect area amazing stay.

Our stay was fantastic! Great location in the Gaslamp District, close to food, entertainment and more! We really loved the beautiful interior design with exposed brick, high ceilings and a gold motif. The furniture was very comfortable and nearby Ralph's within walking distance made it easy to pick up groceries to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. We look forward to returning again and would highly recommend this Airbnb to others visiting San Diego! Thank you to Ryan and co-hosts!

Great place to stay

The unit at a somewhat aging but well-managed resort is nicely appointed and has one of the best ocean views in the complex. On the top floor, the unit has vaulted ceilings, with a lot of light pouring in. The beach is across a busy highway, but one can be on the beach in ten minutes. The resort has a kid's pool and an adult pool, and activities every day. Housekeeping refreshes the unit once a week. Catherine was a lovely host--friendly and communicative. I would consider booking this property again.

The host replied quickly and provided flexible check in. The air bnb sat behind another home which gave us more privacy. If you are using navigation watch for incorrect directions. The area was quiet and calm. We brought our 2 dogs and the neighbors had dogs so there was some barking but they became friends through the fence. The furniture in the house was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, and sheets. The kitchen was stocked with several spices, utensils and dishes. There is a shopping center close with a frys, aldi, in n out, petsmart, car wash etc was very convenient.

Would recommend friends to stay here. In the heart of gaslamp. Perfect location near restaurants and bars, Petco park.
