Pretty cottage (3-star label) in the heart of Saint Malo; located in a district of Paramé, close to shops, 20 minutes' walk from the train station, and the beach. Very well equipped, this house of 48 m2, composed of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, very bright, thanks to a large glass window overlooking a pretty enclosed garden just for you, a large bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as a separate toilet. 2 entrances: 1 on the street side by a staircase and 1 on the garden side.

Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.
