From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

The beach is 400 meters away and the shops are 100 meters away. Its location is ideal, and a great place to start hiking on the GR34. The apartment has been fully renovated with quality materials and furniture.

You will be charmed by our very bright 60 m2 loft which offers a beautiful sea view. You will only have to walk 100 m to discover the very large beach of Caroual and take the GR34 trails. The Swallows' Nest

A small nest perched in the trees, out of sight, 4 meters from the ground… in an eco-friendly approach. The swallow's nest is a small sphere equipped with a round bed 2.1 m in diameter, which can comfortably accommodate two adults. The hidden terrace in the treetops opens to the east, perfect for an outdoor breakfast. It is steeped in history and if the walls could talk, they would have so much to tell us...

Stone house, 600 m from the beach, 11 people

Ker Tri Martolod is a 19th century Erquy sandstone house, which we renovated in 2020, as a shelter for sailing enthusiasts like us with our three boys. We use this home as a rallying point for the family from Erquy and make our home available when we are not staying there. It is a charming family home, friendly, to spend warm moments, 600 m from Saint Michel beach and the Sables d'Or lagoon.

Marie's Cottage

Charming country stone cottage completely renovated with a large terrace with heated pool at 28° from May to end of September. When the sea is low at the beach, the pool is always there for you! Absolute calm, in the center of Erquy. Everything is within walking distance. 300 m from the central beach, 600 m from the port and its restaurants, 800 m from Caroual beach

My place is located near Caroual beach and Centre Bourg, in a very quiet area. You will appreciate my accommodation for the brightness, the comfortable bed, the kitchen and the comfort. My place is good for couples and families (with kids): it's a large 55 m2 T2, consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchenette, terrace.
