Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Seaside fisherman's house in pink sandstone typical of the region, completely renovated, with beach access on foot (less than 600m). It offers all the necessary amenities, as well as a beautiful private enclosed garden fully equipped. The beaches of La Ville Berneuf-Saint Pabu and Caroual are within walking distance. The city center of Erquy is 8 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike. The town of Pleneuf-Val-André is 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike.

Facing south, the living room is surrounded by beautiful terraces facing a lovely garden of 400 m² and a heated swimming pool according to the weather from mid-May/mid-September! Close to the cape, we also provide bicycles to discover the surroundings! An unusual habitat, installed at the bottom of the garden offers 2 extra beds in the summer for a night under the stars!

The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

"La Beguen", fisherman's house

This lovely fisherman's house in the popular area of Tu-es-roc (10 minutes walk from the port and the beach of the center, 15 minutes from Cap d'Erquy, GR34 and wild beaches) will seduce you with its calm and sea view. Its small enclosed garden faces south and is sheltered from the winds. Its proximity to downtown will make your life easier. Perfect for a couple with two children, pets are allowed for an additional 10 euros per day.

Located in Dahouët, a small port of Pléneuf Val André, Hyppolite's house welcomes you, whether you are with family or friends. You will appreciate its 4 bedrooms with sea view, the small enclosed terrace along the channel. It's a cozy house with its 2 staircases, stone wall and parquet floors on both floors. It is steeped in history and if the walls could talk, they would have so much to tell us...

It is close to the center of the seaside resort with access via the large pedestrian seawall to the casino, cinema, restaurants, supermarket and marine spa. It is also close to the typical and historic port of Dahouët.

Stone house, 600 m from the beach, 11 people

Ker Tri Martolod is a 19th century Erquy sandstone house, which we renovated in 2020, as a shelter for sailing enthusiasts like us with our three boys. We use this home as a rallying point for the family from Erquy and make our home available when we are not staying there. It is a charming family home, friendly, to spend warm moments, 600 m from Saint Michel beach and the Sables d'Or lagoon.
