Zum Siemens-Campus oder Campus Uni -Süd sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto - ebenfalls zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Bäcker ist um 2 Ecken. Fürth/ Nürnberg sind mit der S-Bahn in max. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Bamberg in 55 Minuten.

Zu Fuß, mit Bus oder Fahrrad in 5-15 Min., je nachdem wo das Ziel ist. Ein Einkaufszentrum mit Bäcker, REWE, Lidl, Apotheke, Restaurants und Drogeriemarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Auf der Terrasse kann im Sommer gegrillt, entspannt, Sonne oder Wald genossen werden. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.
