Welcome to my vacation home Eitel in a small village with 80 inhabitants, 300 meters to the lake. My accommodation is lovingly decorated, so I would like to live there myself. The large garden with barbecue area, children's playground, lawn, library can of course be used at any time. Surrounded by nature, Lake Igelsbach, Lake Brombach, barefoot path, hiking trails, cherry gardens, forest. Ideal for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and peace seekers.

The apartment is centrally located but still quiet in Volkach. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining counter with bar stools, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer as well as soap, shampoo and towels and thus offers space for 4 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The host provides guests with homemade honey and jam and homegrown fruit from the region at cost price upon request.

Das etwas "andere" Appartement für Erwachsene auf unserem Gutshof von 1680 bietet nicht nur auf der Durchreise oder zum Wochenend-Ausflug viele Möglichkeiten, auch bei schlechtem Wetter können die kleinen "extras" im Appartement genutzt werden. Mitten im Sittenbachtal gelegen, liegt die Obermühle mit Fischzucht, Hofladen, Biergarten, Restaurant und Eventlocation. Diese ist immer Fr-So geöffnet. außerdem kannst du Sa/So optional Frühstück buchen.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment on the 1st floor with beautiful views of nature. The rooms are bright and cozy designed and furnished.
