Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is very spacious with a good sized garden. Four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Master suite with ensuite bathroom. Main bathroom and also shower room downstairs. Plenty of kitchen area with bar seating and also washing machine in separate annexe area. Excellent transport facilities nearby with both buses and trains. Very close to The Epsom Downs Racecourse. Excellent walking area.

Just wanted to send a huge thank you for my stay. Your home was a welcome haven, especially with the high temperatures this week! The fridge, thoughtfully positioned outside the bedroom for quiet, and stocked with chilled water and milk, was an absolute godsend. I truly valued the peace and quiet, and the fresh, clean bed and linen ensured I had the best sleep I've ever experienced in an Airbnb. The excellent bathroom, offering both a bath and shower, was another highlight. Thank you so much for providing such a comfortable and refreshing experience!

Spacious Family Bungalow with Garden for up to 7

We would thoroughly recommend this house and found it perfect for a family of four. We had a great stay here and would very happily stay again. The house is spacious with plenty of storage, it was spotlessly clean and tidy when we arrived, it is warm (we were there in January), has a well equipped kitchen, and is generally very comfortable to be in. The photos and descriptions matched the reality. Communication with Toby was very easy - courteous, prompt and helpful. The house is close to Epsom town centre (a five minute or so walk) especially if you use the back gate which cuts off a chunk of the walk. The location is excellent for access to Epsom, heading into London by train and a few minutes drive in the other direction takes you straight out into the Surrey countryside. Definitely recommended.

We had a great stay at James' house! From the moment we arrived, he gave us a warm welcome and told us to make ourselves at home – and that’s exactly how we felt. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The nearest train station was just a 10-minute walk away, and there was a small supermarket right around the corner, which was super convenient. We didn’t miss a thing and felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

This is my only stay on air b and b and Carolina has set the bar high! She is very accommodating and communication is excellent, we had a great stay here and would definitely stay again. The star of the show has to be Luna she is a lovely cat and definitely liked to play and kept us entertained!
