I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

We had a wonderful (albeit brief) stay at Jane’s beautiful home! The space was spotless, stylish, and so comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a real highlight, and we’re already looking forward to coming back and making the most of it next time. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons, but Jane was incredibly understanding and kind about our situation. She was a fantastic host throughout—thoughtful, responsive, and welcoming. A special thank you for the delicious-looking marmalade waiting for us on arrival! We can’t wait to enjoy it at breakfast. Highly recommend Jane’s place for anyone looking for a peaceful and lovely escape. We hope to return soon!

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. Mark’s home is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s also in a great spot, just down the road from the train station and a nice pub, and the house is a short Uber to Epsom Downs. Definitely recommend.

House was what we needed for our week long holiday. 2 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs fit in nicely, plenty of food delivery options and about 15 minutes walking distance of Chessington North train station. The driveway to the house provided difficult to park in as our vehicle could not clear the slight peak in the driveway/sidewalk which caused us to park on the street instead of the advertised private parking. All in all, the house fit our needs to have a great stay and holiday.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the hot tub was brilliant! The lodge had everything we needed and Gogos restaurant is phenomenal right on the doorstep 🙂 just ensure you mention the lodge no so your discount comes off the bill because we didn’t, and booking is essential at weekends for breakfast or dinner, it gets very busy.

Such an an absolute pleasure. It was in a superb location, very quiet and beautiful. The house had everything in it and it was immaculate. There was a lounge, separate dining room, fully dotted and equipped kitchen, bathroom with a brand new shower and curtains. The bathroom had everything in there. The towels were white and fluffy. The bedsheets were beautiful and smelt so fresh. Amazing gardens as well. I’m not a confident driver so I didn’t attempt to put car in the driveway. Great communication and it was instant. We even had a message to say we’ve left something in the property, so we were able to get it on our way home to Wales. I will hundred per cent stop here again in the future. Such a refreshing change to stay at a property which was described exactly, how it was. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

We stay at Christos' place for a month while we had some work done on our place. Chraitos couldnt have been more accomodating and flexible for us as deadlines changed with the work at our place. He was our saving grace during this time, even allowing us to have our cat there with us too. Communication was always prompt and extremly helpful. The flat itself was perfect for what we needed, just lovely. Great location..(so many great place to eat and drink), a parking space up the rd which was perfect for me,and fast internet for my husband wfh. Everything was great!

Ipek was an incredibly helpful, responsive & kind host, all my queries were answered quickly, everything was really clear & communicated well. She was very friendly when we met at the property & made us feel very welcome. The house itself was exactly as expected, with good photos & descriptions, as well as facilities & amenities listed correctly. Everything was lovely & clean, all well presented & organised. The bedrooms downstairs are a good size, comfy beds. The sofa bed upstairs was really convenient to pull out & comfy. Only thing is to ensure you bring an eye mask as it gets a bit bright in there without blinds. Towels being provided was super helpful, those & the sheets were of good quality. The shower was really nice with two shower head options. Overall we were really pleased with our stay, it was great value for money & would feel happy to go back.

On walking through the cheerful blue door into a very welcoming lounge, then through to the kitchen and dining area, the house is so beautifully presented. The lovely yard is perfect for sitting outside in the sun, and the garden is very well presented. The bedrooms are well appointed with a wardrobe in one and hangers on the wall in the other, and even a tv in each. A very comfortable bed with nice soft linen made for a good sleep. An ensuite in each bedroom is very much appreciated, with complimentary toiletries. The basement has a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with the laundry. Dorking is a delightful town, with plenty old style pubs. The two stations are within easy walking distance and have good connections to London. The nearby Denbies winery is worth a visit and makes a nice backdrop to the town. My sister and I had a lovely week here and were sorry to leave. We both highly recommend this house for a short or long stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and around 20 minutes to the train station, which made getting around really easy. The house had a great setup with a nice TV and a sound bar that made relaxing evenings even better. Check-in was smooth and flexible—Ayu was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in and a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. Ayu was also very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely like to stay here again—highly recommended!

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

From the moment we inquired about this home, Rich was outstanding to work with and answered all our questions regarding logistics/transportation, etc. He was quick to respond (even with a 6 hr time difference). His attentiveness continued throughout our entire stay. He genuinely wants his guests to feel at home and have a great time in London. Rich went above and beyond in so many ways to make our visit personal and special. The house is exactly as described and feels like home from the moment you walk in. Rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. The kitchen is well equipped. The backyard was private, quiet, and peaceful with an inviting hot tub. There are plenty of restaurants/shops very close by, and the Southwestern Rail is only a 10 min walk to the station and a 25 min ride into London Waterloo - We chose the Travel Card Ticket, which allowed us to travel between Zones 1-6 on the rails, tube, or buses . This is truly a great place to stay. We cannot wait to go back!

Joanna's home is in a great location and she was a wonderful host. The property was exactly as shown in the photos and is relatively large by London standards - this is one of the benefits of being a bit further out the city center. Proximity to Richmond Park is a huge plus, particularly if you have a runner or cyclist in your family. Do note the travel time into central London is approximately 45-60 minutes, unless you happen to exactly time walking/bus/train schedules. On the plus side, you're a very short hop to Kew and other areas west of downtown, and a short Uber or Bolt ride to Heathrow. A couple of other HUGE positives - of the four rentals I've had in London, this was by far the quietest and most relaxed location. Restaurants/markets/etc. are all close by and accessible by bus if you're carrying groceries.

Wow. Staying at Taylour House was like stepping back in time - in the best possible way. The house is steeped in history and beautifully preserved, full of character and charm. It felt like staying in a living museum, but with all the modern comforts thoughtfully in place. Caroline, the host, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and incredibly flexible, which made the whole experience relaxed and easy. The house was spotless, extremely well equipped, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Edenbridge, with a great pub directly opposite that serves top-notch Sunday roasts. A rare bonus was having off-street parking for two cars - a real luxury for a town centre property. Taylour House is a gem. Full of history, excellent value, and hosted with genuine warmth - we’d love to come back.

Linda is a great host. She responds to messages quickly and her home is clean, comfortable, welcoming and beautiful. The property is great. A home away from home. The property had equipment for babies and toddlers which meant I didn’t have to travel with lots of stuff. Linda checked we were happy and was available if we needed support. It came across that she really cared about our stay.

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!
