You’ll have your own bedroom/living space, shower/WC and a small kitchenette equipped for everything you would need. It’s perfect for short or longer stays or whilst working away from home. You can bring your pet dog for £20 fee. so please add this to your booking. Tiny house is independent from main house and private. Access to London is 15 minutes by train and city centre 2 minute walk

Detached Annex Sleeps 4. Kitchen + Private Parking

Our annex has a double bedroom (downstairs), with en-suite shower room, kitchen and parking for 1 car. Upstairs is the lounge/kitchen area, which has an L-shape sofa that is also a (small) double bed. The bedding for the sofa bed is in small cupboard behind the lounge door. We’re in a great location for lovely walks as we are close to Cuffley and Broxbourne woods and the River Lea. Additionally, we are close to London (20 mins from Cheshunt or 40 mins from Cuffley to Kings X).

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed , travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.
