Holiday rentals with a patio in El Perellonet

Beatriz is the perfect host , always responsive and very friendly. The place is even better than in the photos. With its perfect location i think is one of the best places that you can find in Valencia. Recommend for sure !

We spent 4 nights in Valencia, the apartment is perfect for a 3 or 4 day stay. It has everything you need in a small but not uncomfortable space, it is very well decorated, everything is impeccable and has very good taste details. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom shower is very good, I would just say that you should put bigger towels, just to say something. Artem always responded immediately to our inquiries, even when we arrived very late at night, he was connected with us. We did not meet him personally, but he is a very kind, polite person and always willing to help us. Of course I recommend Artem's apartment 100%, I hope I can return one day.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is exactly as pictured, gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning robust, and the shower water pressure strong. The hosts left the largest basket of snacks and coffee pods I’ve seen at an Airbnb. The property is centrally located. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only an 11 minute walk away. There were charming restaurants near by with great food. Communications with the hosts were convenient and timely. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Valencia.

Jorge was wonderful and responsive! The apartment was incredible, and 1 minute walk to the tram or Bus into Valencia. we will be back for sure!

We had a great visit! The apartment was close to the city center. For the English speaking guests it would be good to have instructions also in English.

Carlos’ place was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness throughout the space. I adored the entire aesthetic and you can tell he really put a lot of time into a perfectly curated relaxing space. He was thoughtful, friendly and very responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

We stayed 4 days in the house, very comfortable, we would definitely repeat. Quiet accommodation with all amenities. If I had to mention a downside, it's that the mattresses on the single beds were very hard, the jets in the jacuzzi didn't work, and despite lowering the window slats and closing the curtains in the rooms, a lot of light still came in and it was hard to sleep. This doesn't change how good we were, that's why we give 5⭐️.

We stayed in this apartment with a group of 8 friends and we had a great time. The house is very beautiful, with attention to detail and very clean, perfect for a stay with friends. Although we did not meet the owner in person, she was always available and punctual in answering our questions, which we greatly appreciated. The location is a bit out of the centre, but easily accessible: about 15 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by public transport.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

The cottage and especially the garden are great! both are larger than I expected from the photos. The location in the nature park and by the beach is very beautiful! And the kitchen was better equipped than I have ever seen in a holiday home. I am very sensitive to noise so I was glad I had my earplugs for the night with me, as everything is 1 room so you can hear the fridge, for example. If you are not so sensitive, it is no problem anyway, otherwise a tip! Furthermore, a wonderful place to rest, I would like to come back in the future :-)

Everything you write around here falls short to describe the wonderful stay we had in this accommodation, the house is beautiful, everything was new, clean and tidy, it is tastefully decorated and the bathrooms with very nice and comfortable, the only thing missing would be an elevator, since it is on a fourth floor and the arrival up to the top is something expensive but it is not something that depends on the host, who on the other hand was super friendly from the day before I was already in contact with us to give us all the necessary instructions and I was attentive to messages at all times and responded super fast when we needed their help. We would definitely return to this accommodation with our eyes closed.

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

We had a great stay in Jana's apartment. It is very well located and really nice. It is a bit noisy, but otherwise really quiet at night. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer, which was really very nice and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Patri is a wonderful, very friendly host with a great apartment very close to Malvarosa beach. Location: The apartment is within walking distance of about three minutes from the great beach Malvarosa and its long promenade. It is superbly connected by metro, bus connection and the bike rental system "Valenbisi". There are very good restaurants and shopping in the area. Apartment: The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, with all necessary utensils and some extras. It is really very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Host: Patri is a great host who picked us up at the metro. She is a heartfelt host and comes in her apartment with many extras beyond the expected level of an AirBnB apartment. Patri is very responsive to requests.
