Clean, easy to get to, good vibes, great location. Honestly would really recommend this place if you want a good central spot, neighbors are extremely noise sensitive though so keep that in mind.

Lucia's apartment more than met the advertised standards. It is a spacious, bright apartment with an unbeatable location. It is 3 steps from the best entertainment venues, both restaurants and bars. Nothing noisy and the owner is very attentive. One thing, I would extend the check-out time a bit. Denia is a perfect place to have a few drinks after dinner and the next day you have to get up early to check out, it's hard. However, we will repeat!

Javier was a very responsive host, always providing clear instructions for check in and any other questions that came up. Overall our stay was very nice. The location cannot be better, and having a parking spot in the city center is a luxury. House was well stocked with cleaning and other items.

We went to Valencia to go to the beach and were delighted that Sergio’s apartment was so close to the best beach in the area. Sergio’s apartment was well stocked (even had beach chairs) and was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. One afternoon we enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the area. The apartment is also well decorated, and Sergio is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at his place again!

Clearly in center of action (1st time visitors would do well here, like me), yet quiet, secure street and building. Squeaky clean. Modern and well-stocked place, including some olive oil, coffee and spices. Wine and large bottle of water. Would stay here again.

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, no doubt. The apartment is simply spectacular: spacious, tastefully decorated, full of light and with all the amenities you can imagine. If I go back to Valencia, I'll repeat without thinking. Olga has been a 10-star host: friendly, flexible and with smooth and super easy communication from the first moment. You can tell that he takes care of even the smallest detail to make you feel at home. We went with a little one and it was ideal: safe stairs, high chair, cot, bathtub, even nappies and wipes! The beds are very comfortable and the sofa... It's one of those places you don't want to leave. You've exceeded all the group's expectations! Thank you for such a perfect stay, Olga :)

It was wonderful staying here. All of our party walked away feeling relaxed, happy and content. Paula was super responsive and helpful when we had questions and we wish we’d stayed longer. Views are stunning, house beautiful and we can’t believe how lucky we were.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

Pros- For us, this place checked all our boxes and we gave 5 stars. The apartment was very clean, tidy, stocked kitchen, starter trash bags, plenty of dish soap, and toliet paper. The view is literally 360° and stunning. Both hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Elevator. Plenty of parking. Super close to Valencia Old Town and Aquarium (about 15 min drive). Cons- These are for full disclosure, but did not affect us directly. In order to maximize views, there is a lack of privacy and only one room (the twin) is fully enclosed. Even the shower has a window looking to the living room. Odd, yes, but the views didn't bother us and were gorgeous. One shower did not have hot water (hosts were quick to offer a plumber- we said no). There were some random ants around the apartment.

Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!
