In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Direct access to the beach from the terrace. Fireplace. Renovated and well-equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and an attic with a double bed. All mattresses are brand new. 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. A community pool with a children's area. SUP board available to our guests.

Single family chalet in the Perellonet area, in development with seasonal communal pool and direct beach access in 1 min walk. It consists of 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms. barbecue/paella grill, living room and a recreation area, terrace approx 70 m, parking for several vehicles and 2 terraces in first and second height overlooking the beach. (A travel cot is available upon request.) NO PETS, NO PARTIES.

Colina Del Sol Cullera - Villa Luna (Villa Moon)

Luna is a synonym of luxury. It is located in the last row of the Colina del Sol residences. This makes it the most private of all three buildings in our offer. Both a couple on their honeymoon as well as a family of four on their sunny vacations will find here comfort and privacy.
