Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem umgebauten Streckhof im Ortsteil St. Georgen. Ein Streckhof besteht für gewönlich aus 2 Häusern, die über einen Innenhof (bei uns überdacht) verbunden sind. In einem Haus befindet sich die Ferienwohnung, das andere Haus bewohnen wir selbst. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer (2 x Doppelbett und 1x Einzelbett), ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie eine Wohn-Küche, mit Esstisch und Sofa. Gerne kannst du unseren Garten zum Relaxen und auch zum Grillen nutzen.

The house is built on stilts and is located in the middle of the natural paradise directly in Lake Neusiedl. The highlight is the bathtub on the terrace as well as the e-boat.

Das 55m2 große Anwesen unterteilt sich in Vorraum, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Dusche und WC sowie einem geräumigen klimatisierten Wohn- Ess-Schlafraum welcher mit einer voll ausgestatteten Einbauküche samt befülltem Kaffeevollautomaten, einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch ausgestattet ist.

Charming, central and newly renovated - this is our apartment on Lake Neusiedl. The apartment can host up to 5 vacationers and is 70 square meters. A romantic courtyard with flowering oleanders and sitting areas invites you to rest and enjoy. Directly in front of the apartment is a small snack garden and herbs for picking. We also offer breakfast of homemade jams, products from the house garden and organic grape juice for an extra charge.

The house has 2 bedrooms and a 60 sqm terrace with a fantastic view over the vineyards. There is a 600 sqm private plot with a small private vineyard available. The house is partly air conditioned and modernly furnished.
