Beautiful loft house with large pool and garden

Our house impresses with 180 m² of living space over two floors. The entire house has an air heat pump and air conditioning on the upper floor. Our loft house offers a wonderful view of the terrace, the garden and the pool from the large kitchen and living area. In summer, the lounge corner, the terrace and of course the large pool with counter-current system invite you to linger. Our house is perfectly air-conditioned and spacious. In the cold season you can warm up in the sauna while your children can play and watch DVDs in the play corner opposite the sauna. Our pool can also be heated in winter, so you can cool off after a sauna session under the pool cover at up to 23°. From December, our house is decorated for Christmas and we look forward to showing you the most beautiful christmas markets in Vienna and outside the city.

Storage room for suitcases and various other things. Bicycle garage and free parking right in front of the host's house. 10 to 20 minutes by car to St. Margarethen (opera festival), Rust (wine town on Lake Neusiedl), Mörbisch (operetta) or 5 minutes to Eisenstadt (Haydnstadt). Everything is also comfortably accessible by bike.

Finally arrived - in paradise. We open our home (lower floor) for our guests. Our spacious house in Oslip City is perfectly located for (bike) excursions to Lake Neusiedl as well as to St. Margarethen (opera festival and family park for all ages), Rust and Mörbisch (lake festival) and Eisenstadt. Oslip is a sleepy place, famous for the Csello mill. Centrally located, Oslip offers an oasis of relaxation as well as action and adventure nearby.

Our house is located directly at the castle park in Eisenstadt, just a few steps from Esterhàzy Palace and downtown. It offers up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms accommodation for a relaxed and restful stay. Get away from your everyday life. Enjoy Burgenland with all its charms. Where could that be better than in our house with a romantic garden. In the garden you can relax wonderfully, park comfortably and store bicycles.

Upstairs there is a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a 2nd large bathroom with shower, 2 cable TVs and free Wi-Fi. A seating area in the romantic courtyard right in front of the apartment invites you to have breakfast and linger.
