The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bike. Bike rental is nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

There are 5 bedrooms, an open living, dining room and kitchen, conservatory, terrace, cinema and a grand piano. The view extends to the "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" and the property goes up to the tracks on which the Sonnenland draisines are traveling. On the terrace, you can enjoy life with a coffee creation that you can get for free from the coffee machine. What more could you ask for?

The spacious house, located in a quiet area, accommodates up to 6 people. A generous living room of about 40 m² and a conservatory of approximately 25 m² — both situated right next to the kitchen — offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The garage provides space for two cars — keeping them cool in the summer and eliminating the need to scrape ice in the winter. The garden area invites you to sunbathe or simply relax.
