Enjoy water and sun on your private sundeck or from the terrace upstairs. Have dinner with friends and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace.

The private lake access of the settlement and a fenced garden make this place a paradise for pets and their owners. The public beach with playground is freely accessible for our guests. Our restored reservoir environment even allows dogs to enjoy the refreshing water.

The small house in the lake park Weiden offers everything for a successful holiday on the lake. The house is located directly on the bay with lake access. Inside there is a nice living room, kitchenette, washing machine and a small bedroom on the ground floor. Under the roof are the second bedroom. The equipment is simple, but has everything you'll need. The cottage is located less than 10 minutes from the train station and the public seaside resort.

Willkommen in unserer Schilfhütte, direkt am Neusiedlersee. Das Schilfchalet befindet sich mitten im Schilfgürtel über dem Wasser. Über einen Lärchenholzpfad gelangen Sie zu dem voll ausgestatteten Chalet das auf einer großen Lärchenholzplattform über dem Wasser im Schilfgürtel am Neusiedlersee errichtet ist. Auf der Vorderseite können Sie direkt in den Naturpool steigen (0,5m) und mit dem kleinen Ruderboot über den Kanal auf den See hinaus fahren.

The large, red electric boat has two large batteries and a powerful 800 watt motor. It is a classic Fronius boat that would normally cost 70 EUR/day to rent at the port. The overnight price includes the boat.

The vacation home located on Lake Neusiedl offers enough space for 6 guests with its room area of 110 m². A nice place that invites you to relax and linger. The modern e-boat is available for FREE from Easter to the end of October (included in the daily price, 2.5 kW - 4 people). You don't need a boat license for this electric boat
