You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.

You can reach the house by the in-house pedal boat about 150 m from the jetty. During your entire stay you can use the pedal boat, as well as a private parking for free.

You live in one of the historic "courtyard alleys“ of Mörbisch/See, which belong to the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The newly furnished apartments come with a well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, kettle, egg cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge), as well as cable TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Pile structures stand on piles in the water and are accessible by boat but also via jetty. Living in the middle of the reeds. Built in the 1970s/80s, at that time without electricity and only with gas lamps, my huts have now been brought up to modern standards. Glamorous camping is called the trend, a mix of simple yet comfortable. Not cheap, but it's also a crazy /expensive idea to put wooden cabins in the water. But a lasting travel memory!

Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday apartment. The apartment has a generously equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, living room with TV, free WiFi, a balcony that invites you to relax and cozy get-together. There is a bicycle parking space in the garden, sunbathing and playgrounds with trampoline, stretch, swing, barbecue facilities and a large swimming pool. The garden is at your disposal and for the guests of our other apartment.

I'm renting out our newly built guesthouse here. There are two bedrooms, one large living room with cooking area and an extra double couch for sleeping, a balcony, toilet, bathroom with bath and shower. The cottage is equipped with floor heating and can be used all year round. The living area is on the first floor, below it is a garage with a parking space for your car. Enjoy the quiet location with a view of the vineyards around Jois.

Our Relax Suite offers exactly what the name says. Perfect for 2 people, the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy living area with TV and couch leave nothing to be desired. There is a double bed in the bedroom. The bathroom is also fully equipped with hand towels, hair dryer and a washing machine. The garden with grill and the large terrace with chillout lounge invites you to relax.

Our two lovingly furnished apartments in Mörbisch are waiting for you :-))) We look forward to seeing you :-)) Each apartment, 35 m2, has its own fenced sweet garden and a large terrace. Closer to the lake and the village center it is not possible:-) Nevertheless very quiet and idyllic location.
