The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Moin an alle Hamburg-Besucher! Herzlich willkommen im 1-Zi.-Apartment meines EFH im Hamburger Nord-Osten. Das Haus ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, aber doch ruhig und grün. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in der Straße. Die U-Bahn (U1 Trabrennbahn) ist fußläufig in 500m zu erreichen und bringt dich in 20 – 30 Minuten in die City Hamburgs. Zum Spazierengehen laden Kleingartengebiete und ein kleiner See in der Nähe ein. Am Bahnhof: Edeka, Kiosk, Reinigung, Apotheke, Blumenladen und ein Asia-Imbiss.

The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

Welcome to the beautiful suburbs of the Elbe. Our house is surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the Elbe and the botanical garden, and yet you can reach the main train station by S-Bahn within 20 minutes. We rent a bright and friendly self-contained apartment in the attic of our old house. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook comfortably in the evening. In good weather, you can relax in our garden or stroll through the nearby parks or along the Elbe.

The 83 sqm apartment is located in the OT Königreich/Jork. It is designed for up to 5 people. On request, I also accept dogs. To Airbus about 10 km. The area invites you to hike and bike. The Elbe is 7 km away. Very good public transport connections (bus, S-Bahn, ferry) to HH and Cuxhaven.
