Liebe Gäste, das zu mietende Objekt liegt in zweiter Reihe an der Elbchaussee. Sie können den Garten mitbenutzen (großes Trampolin mit Basketballkorb). Die Himmelsleiter und damit die Treppe zum Elbstrand ist 2 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Dort kann man einen Kaffee in der Strandperle oder dem Ahoi genießen und eine Kleinigkeit essen. Internet ist vorhanden und darf mitbenutzt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzgerei) sind fußläufig 5-10 Minuten in der Liebermannstrasse zu finden.

Inmitten der Uni-Hamburg und in direkter Nähe zur Hamburg-Messe biete ich in meiner schönen Altbauwohnung ein liebevoll und detailverliebt eingerichtetes Gästezimmer für 2 Personen mit Frühstücksraum und Flur, separater Eingangstür in aufwändig renoviertem Altbau (3m Deckenhöhe mit Stuck), mit alten Holzdielen und geteiltem Bad und Küche an. Get to know Hamburg's colorful and diverse district best from here. It's only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the Elbe - the fish market takes place there every Sunday morning. The trendy Schanzenviertel with bars and restaurants is also right around the corner.

Room on the outskirts of the city with private bathroom

Hi, i rent a room in a semi-detached house with garden on the outskirts of Hamburg. The Krupunder S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk away. I live in the apartment, together with a friend. When the weather is nice, you are welcome to use the garden. There is a microwave and a kettle in the kitchen. Otherwise, I use the room as a private guest room, so it is not completely cleared out (see photo with the shelf). However, there is enough free storage space.

In the countryside with a balcony

Sunny, quiet room. 10 min. walk to Ottensen. Very close: 4 bus lines. Since April 2022, it has been a resident parking zone. I can issue visitor parking tickets for €4 per day. You have your own shower room. In the morning there is a small breakfast. But: The kitchen is my private realm. No long-term bookings and noisy guests.
