Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen fairgrounds, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.
