Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The furnishings were great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

We enjoyed being able to be there for ourselves. The location was simply awesome and offered many opportunities for exploring. We would book again at any time, there is nothing comparable in the area. Simply a gem in every respect!

We were guests of Maria and Josef for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You will occupy the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you are only a few minutes' drive from the village for shopping or the motorway and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is plenty to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We immediately felt comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at Elisabeth's place! The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Elisabeth was an excellent host, providing thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our trip. I highly recommend staying here!

The cottage was wonderful for our short break. It is clean, beautifully decorated and extensively equipped. A fresh bouquet of flowers rounded off the great accommodation. Thanks a lot!

Top equipped, new apartment. Super clean. Very nicely decorated, with lots of accessories. It made us feel like home. In the pictures you could see a Nespresso machine, we found a classic coffee machine. The previously purchased capsules then wait for the next apartment. The TV didn't work, unfortunately we didn't get a response to our request as well as when checking out the next day. By the way, we were told that the apartment has no way to charge our electric car. However, an AC charging station is 200m away. That saved us. Conclusion: great apartment, there is still something for communication.

Beautiful 1-room apartment with plenty of space on the terrace! We immediately felt comfortable and it was everything you need. The bathroom is very nice and the walk-in closet is super practical! Very comfortable bed and the apartment is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. We'll be very happy to come back!!

We had wonderful days in the beautiful apartment of Carolin and Stephan. The communication in advance as well as during the stay was very pleasant and courteous, messages were answered quickly and very friendly. The provision of a travel cot and a high chair was offered directly, so we did not have to worry about it. Everything was super clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (spices, oil, etc. available). Even water, beer, tea & some coffee were available as a welcome! In addition, dishwasher + tabs. The bathroom (directly adjacent to the bedroom) was also perfectly clean, the shower is large and accessible at ground level. The fold-out sofa bed in the living room was also very comfortable! The apartment was on the upper floor, from the balcony you had a beautiful view! We felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment without reservation! Thank you :)

Super clean room, I felt right at home. Quiet location. Functional small kitchen.

Cozy, small apartment. For a good start to the day there is a coffee maker filled with coffee beans. On the balcony you can sit nicely, look at nature and relax. We felt very comfortable. Thank you also for the friendly and uncomplicated communication.

A great stay! Simone was super nice and warm – we immediately felt welcome. A special highlight was the small round trip with Werner, where he showed us cool hotspots that we would never have discovered otherwise. Absolutely recommended!

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, muesli and milk.

The stay in Seebruck is great. A very spacious living room with a nice sofa and dining table. Excellent small kitchen with dishwasher and kettle. There is also a coffee maker but we did not use it. The bed is firm but nice. The balcony is also nice to sit on, with of course the great view. We had ordered a linen package, duvet cover, towels and tea towels. What surprised us was that the bed was made. It was the first time we had booked something through Airbnb but with this experience certainly not the last time All in a nice experience

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

The place was absolutely top! Very clean, lovingly and comfortably furnished – you can tell that the landlords really make a great effort. There were small attentions and surprises that made the stay special. A note: To get to the apartment, you have to go through the hallway of the private apartment – this may not be ideal for everyone, but it did not bother us. Overall definitely recommended – we felt very comfortable!

Ich war beruflich in Traunreut und suchte eine Unterkünfte in der Nähe zur Arbeit. Thomas Wohnung ist einfach nur der Traum. Man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause und sehr sehr sehr liebe Mutter, die in der Wohnung darunter lebt, hilft einen bei Fragen. Danke für alles!!! I was in Traunroot on a business trip and I was looking for accommodation close to work. Thomas's apartment is just a dream. Thanks for a great stay! Everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is super furnished and we were able to reach everything on foot as the train station, downtown and shopping are within walking distance.

A very nice contact with a very good description of the accommodation. We didn't find anything nearby where we could eat something in the evening and then drove to the village, but it wasn't so bad overall, recommended.
