It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is on two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal. Charming villa with pool 250m from beach

Enjoy the tranquility and coziness of our charming, modernized house from 1966, filled with green plants and a lovely atmosphere. Beautiful garden with pool and orangery, and 250 meters from the front door you can swim or walk on a lovely beach with the longest bathing pier in the Aarhus Bay. The house has two good bedrooms with a total of three beds in 120, 140 and 180 cm width. The kitchen and bathroom are nice and functional without being new and fancy, and there is what you need to feel at home during your stay.
