Beautiful mini-house in the extension of our own house in a quiet residential area, 250 meters from a nice, child-friendly beach, 20 minutes from Aarhus by car. Slow down in the quiet surroundings and let our tiny house welcome you with warm colors and cozy, quality-conscious decor. There is light and spaciousness with room for singles/couples and small families. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms (double beds) and three sofas in the living room. The house has a heat pump and wood stove.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Super cozy and homely annex/mini-summer house with a small terrace out front. The annex is located 250 meters from the water, where you will find a beach with a jetty. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. There is a private entrance to the wooden terrace, where the summer sun can be enjoyed in the relaxing surroundings. TV with chromecast.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Storbyen Aarhus, Letbanen, busforbindelser, 1 km til motorvej, 4-5 km til stranden, landsby idyl. det er en lille landsby med 5 gårde Rolige naturskønne områder (kommunal skov 1 km. ) Stor fællesområde med græs. Lidt væk fra det hele. Men rare og venlige omgivelser. Skrev en der lejede det ja det er rigtigt, der er 1,5 km til byer med forretninger, byerne er Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, Skæring.
