Uniquely located 170 meters from the most beautiful and best sandy beach in Aarhus. Perfect combination of holiday with beach and city. The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please be aware that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Cozy cottage by the beach.

The house has the most beautiful view of the field, and is close to Denmark's best child-friendly beach. The house has two rooms with two beds in each, as well as an alcove with two sleeping places. You must bring your own bed linen, towels, cloths, tea towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sulfo and dishes. The house must be cleaned before leaving. A photo of the switchboard is taken at the gable of the house upon arrival and departure. Price for consumption is DKK 5.5 per. KWh. It is not allowed to charge an electric car in the house.

It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. Du bor tæt på badebroer, hvor du kan bade dagen lang, eller gå skønne ture rundt på øen, som tiltrækker mange turister og lokale. Tæt på ligger supermarked, markedshal, specialbutikker, havnebad, kaffebarer, caféer og restauranter. Afstand til gamle Aarhus er en skøn gåtur 15 minutter eller 2 stop med bus.
