Holiday rentals with a patio in East Asia

Very good value for money, walk to Nagahoribashi 450m, next door is 711, opposite direction Nipponbashi 800m, overall located near Shinsaibashi, very convenient.I live in Japan, and have stayed in many homestays, this homestay is highly recommended, and my friends go down to a and not much money, the focus is more comfortable than the hotel, and the facilities are fully equipped, and I can cook my own meals.🍳

Helen was a most accommodating host. From the point of my first enquiry she was on the ball and on point, ready and willing to answer my questions as well as volunteer unsolicited information such as where to eat and shop in the local area. Her directions to the building and to access the apartment where clear and precise. The apartment itself is very conveniently located to the Kennedy Town MTR (about a 3 minute walk) and delightfully welcoming: clean, bright and cosy with a funky access to the kitchen and roof-top chilling area. Amazing views overlooking the harbour towards Discovery Bay on Lantau Island to the west and the Kwai Chung/Cheung Sha Wan area of Kowloon to the north east. Being a slightly taller person (6'+) the bed is ideal for someone of more average height who would find it a great place to spend a restful night's sleep. That observation is not a criticism, just hopefully a snippet of useful information. Overall excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Jesse was a wonderful host. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was perfect. A short walk to the Old Quarter if you want to get into the hustle and bustle but the right amount of clam if you need a little escape. There are lots of things close by to the apartment. The staff at the coffee shop were super lovely too. It was a great base for exploring Hanoi !! Thank you !

Overall, it's great, the location is great, it's one stop away from Nanba, downstairs is the subway entrance, there are 711, Lawson and other convenience stores around, there is a big supermarket, it's also close to Yongwang, it's suitable for traveling with children!

It was the best accommodation!! I don't think there's a better place to stay!!

We stayed at Doyoung’s hanok in Bukchon Village for 10 days after two weeks of travel, hoping for a home-like atmosphere where we could cook and reset. While the hanok was beautiful and well-located, the kitchen was missing a few essentials and there were no instructions for how to use appliances—all of which were labeled in Korean. Once we reached out, Doyoung went above and beyond to make things right. He responded incredibly quickly, brought us pastries and flowers to brighten our stay, and even created a neatly designed instruction booklet with photos—impeccably done and completed so fast, we honestly hope he didn’t stay up all night making it! Bukchon Village is a wonderful area—central, walkable, and full of charm. And Doyoung is truly one of the kindest, most responsive hosts we’ve ever had. Despite the initial hiccups, we left feeling incredibly well cared for. Thank you, Doyoung!

Everything was good except that the bedroom and party room were separated ^^

Our host Ichiashi responded to messages instantly, which always made us feel safe, and was always open to questions. The house was like a dream, you feel like you are in a Japanese house. The bicycles waiting for you in front of the house are perfect for experiencing the spirit of Kyoto. The host has even prepared a map for you for places to visit in Kyoto. Peace flows in through the windows overlooking the backyard of the house. Everything from iron to plate, from coffee to shampoo, even bath salts for the bathtub has been thought of inside the house. Thank you for such an experience 🖤

My parents loved it so much. The sweet and kind owner helped me with answers in detail before check-in, so I was able to use it without any inconvenience, and I also received a lot of help with travel. The accommodation is comfortable and pleasant, so the whole family is really healing and going. Beautiful views, very noticeable care for the fixtures... all of us were satisfied It was the first time I've been to a place that served me food that they made themselves, so it was a series of emotions. I will highly recommend it to my acquaintances as a family travel destination. ☺🤍

I stayed in Room 3, a traditional wooden house (the entire building). The two paintings on the walls left a deep impression on me. I’m glad to have spent a wonderful time here.

What a great little apartment and neighborhood! Parvinder's apartment was clean, quiet, and well equipped (solid wifi, great aircon) with an adorable balcony view on the neighboring historical site. Arrival was a little daunting as it is pedestrian only, but Parvinder had someone onsite to help navigate and get settled. Hauz Khas Village has plenty to discover with some great shops, cafes and restaurants. Wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely come back!

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

Fantastic! 🌊⛰️ Infinity pool with a view, top location (sea, beach, supermarket), perfectly equipped with a jukebox and projector + free parking. Too bad you have to pay extra for the pool and for the pool table, otherwise the host is super organised.

To be clear, the construction site was in front, so it was a little annoying, but the view itself wasn't bad, and above all, the bed and topper were very cozy, so it was comfortable, and the washing machine was equipped with a dryer, so it was so nice to wash! And it's very clean:) I had a good stay with my dog! (I think it would be nice if you put a TV. I think it would be really better if there was a TV!)

Very spacious and tidy, comes with a brilliant sea view and the location is also very convenient. Definitely worth considering.

We had a fantastic stay at Kriti’s place in New Delhi! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Kriti was a super amazing host—friendly, helpful, and always available when we reached out. She even went out of her way to recommend some great local coffee shops, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Her hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Awesome place! If possible, I'd book here again! Pros: #1 Blackout blinds in both living room and bedroom. Perfect for the international traveler/worker. Balcony is awesome. Chairs were comfortable. Beds were nice and soft. Bathroom was clean and very modern. 7-11 is 3 min walk. Con: Takes 15-25 min to walk from the closest MRT stop. Bus is closer but need to plan well. There is also ubike as well. Best to use Uber or another taxi app. Not a pro or con: No TV. I'm out traveling so I don't really need to watch TV esp when the view is awesome. There is a portable XGIMI projector that you can link your phone or laptop to. Overall the place is great for a small family or couple. The sunsets are amazing and the outside furniture is comfortable enough to sleep on.
