Monguljae was a house built by my parents in 2021, from the square crooked land that huddled in the hinterland. On March 1, 2024, I opened the annex that I had envisioned as Sarangchae from the time I first designed it as an Airbnb. Recommended for those who want to enjoy the convenience of a pleasant accommodation while enjoying the sensibility of a country house in ⭐️nature at the same time.⭐️ On 1 December 2025, the terrace and deck were renewed to become a more beloved Monguljae. A spoonful of a small forest cabin feeling has been added🍂 We have constructed the entire terrace and deck for a barbecue space that can minimize the impact of rain and wind while enjoying the outdoor feeling. The yard, which was cleaned up after three weeks of construction, is also a highlight! Welcome to Sunna and Grandfather's Log Cabin_Sun. There are two themes of the sun. The first is "Looking at Gongaksan Mountain". I made the wall diagonal so that I could see Gongaksan Mountain, one of the 100 most famous mountains in Korea, and the sky above it. The second is "Breath, Rest". I didn't paint the room at all and finished it with cypress wood, hoping that the body and mind of those who stay can comfortably breathe and rest. Also, I tried to make the place feel as spacious as possible, and to feel like everything is connected, by not blocking it as much as possible. The Sun is a house that Sunna's father made himself, except for the sink and table set.
