‘골말가’의 탄생은 1938년으로 거슬러 올라갑니다. 86년의 세월을 견디어 온 목조 구조는 일부 무너진 곳도 있을 만큼 손봐야 할 곳이 많았습니다. 한옥 기둥과 보는 최대한 원형 그대로를 살렸고, 도저히 살릴 수 없는 부재만 일부 교체하여 과거와 현재가 목구조에서 함께 어울리게 하였습니다. 실내의 모든 공간은 외부 마당과 시각적으로 소통될 수 있도록 신경을 썼습니다. 넓은 욕실 공간은 이 집에서 가장 아늑한 곳이 되도록 설계하였습니다. ‘골말가’에 머무르는 동안 과거와 현재의 만남을 체험하시기를 바랍니다. ‘골말가’의 역사, 주변 맛집, 술집, 카페 정보에 대한 안내서를 비치해 두었습니다. 2023년 1월말 한옥체험 숙박업으로 정식 오픈하였습니다.

사계절 온수 풀빌라_ 자단연원

zathanyeonwon은 돌담을 따라 삼나무로 둘러싸인 마당을 들어서면, 마음이 고요해지는 잔잔한 수 공간이 있습니다. 작은 돌다리를 건너 본채, 수영장, 티룸으로 구성된 세 개의 공간은 ‘ㄷ’ 자 형태의 지붕으로 연결되어 있습니다. 이러한 구조는 자단연원의 모든 장소에서 수 공간과 중정을 즐길 수 있습니다. 200평의 대지 위에 54평의 공간을 오직 하루 한 팀만 머무를 수 있습니다. 9m 길이의 넓은 온수풀은 접이식 문을 사용하여 실내와 실외를 모두 느낄 수 있고, 사계절 24시간 무료로 이용 하실 수 있습니다. 수(水)와 노닐다
