The studio is equipped with a king bed, full bath, walk-in closet and daybed for a 3rd person.

The light-filled casita features original artwork, great reading material, and guides for shopping, museums, music, and other local nearby venues. Enjoy your privacy or explore the community! Your well-behaved pet is also welcome. In the securely fenced yard, you can enjoy remote work or outdoor dining much of the year.

Adobe Casita Behind Balloon Fiesta- Pet Friendly

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.
