This turn of the century rare two car garage is now a very well appointed studio apartment. It's open but defined spaces leave you feeling relaxed while works great as a base camp for your explorations of Albuquerque and beyond. It comes with a cozy yet high-end kitchen. This cozy home is centrally located in a safe, peaceful, quiet neighborhood with its own private entrance, balcony & living space. Great spot to get away and relax in the jetted tub or on the deck. Great location if you are working here, visiting, or passing through Albuquerque. It is 2 minutes to I-40, and only 15 minutes on average anywhere in Albuquerque. Historic Adobe in Old Town!

Classic little adobe and we felt right at home immediately. Spare decorations and mid-century modern furniture were perfectly suited for the character of the house. Located right in Old Town and walking distance to many attractions, and yet in a quiet neighborhood. Also right around the corner from a good grocery store as we chose to eat out for lunch, but eat in for dinners and breakfast. Love this place and hope to return to ABQ!

This place has all the charm! I loved the old rustic side of things and how the old barn building has been adapted and made into the most fun little cozy home. I love the ability to watch all the active birds at the bath just outside the kitchen window. And the bathtub / shower / bathroom space was so inviting!

We booked this stay for our Mother’s upcoming 80th birthday and it was perfect. Homey, comfortable, great location. Also, having a covered garage that could fit our huge Jeep Wagoneer rental to keep it safe and out of the sun was a great bonus! Definitely recommend checking out this property if you need a home away from home. Thanks for everything!

We had a great stay in this wonderfully updated Mid-Century gem in the heart of Nob Hill. We appreciated the nice crib, high chair and stroller, and we all had fun playing mini-golf in the backyard. When I had a hard time getting in the front door (my fault entirely), Adam responded immediately. Shout out to the house cleaner who had the place sparkling clean and inviting when we arrived. Loved the location close to lots of restaurants, bars, La Montanita Food Co-op, shopping, coffee houses, and the Guild Cinema. Five stars!

Casa Albuquerque is comfortable, nicely cared for, quiet, & well decorated. The location was easy to get to from either I25 or I40. The Old Town neighborhood has beautiful homes as does the nearby Huning Castle neighborhood. It was an easy walk to Old Town. The country club is close. You could take a longer walk to the zoo and botanical gardens. There are a couple small parks nearby with play grounds or to walk to with your dog. All instructions and expectations were thorough and Stef communicated very well. Stef was exceptionally responsive. Casa Albuquerque was a nice home away from home with the kind of host you’d hope for. I would look to stay here again next time I’m in Albuquerque.

Great place, great host, great location. Perfect for 4 couples + kids. We stayed in both sides of the duplex. Spacious and well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for all. Easiest check in I have ever expeienced with an airbnb. Host was friendly and responded within minutes.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We loved the open, modern and bright kitchen/dining area large enough to accommodate our family of 6. Was really nice that each bedroom has an updated private bath and large screen tv. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, neighborhood felt very safe with many people strolling the area walking dogs and visiting with neighbor's. We would 100% stay here again when visiting the area.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is a basement apartment located within 20 minutes of Albuquerque yet in a mountain setting, surrounded by Ponderosa Pines. It's minutes away from the ski resort and crest of the mountain with lots of hiking and biking options as well. The unit is tastefully decorated in a lodge theme with plenty of attention to detail. Brad was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.
